Do not start with oily fish or sprats, try light and tasty (and without a “fishy” taste!) flounder or dorado. Bake fish on the grill, sprinkle with cheese or your favorite spices. As for seafood, many agree, for example, on shrimp or mussels. As a result, you will not only discover a new range of tastes for yourself, but also give your body a lot of useful substances!
