Green tea

Mate tea is known for its powerful thermogenic effects, meaning it activates the body’s calorie-burning mechanism, and may also promote weight loss by increasing insulin sensitivity. In a recent study, participants were divided into two groups. One group took a placebo 60 minutes before training, while the other group took 1,000 mg of mate extract.
