Oil mask with lemon
To get a whitening mask, combine three natural ingredients: freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 tsp), olive oil (3 dess. L.), iodine (1-2 drops). Preheat olive oil in a water bath (it should be warm) and only then combine with lemon juice and iodine. Mix the products well. Dip your fingertips into the warm mass for 15 minutes. To wash off the mixture, use a decoction of herbs or warm water.
Banana nail beauty mask
To prepare a nourishing and fragrant mask, take a banana (0.5 pcs.), Cream (1 des. L.), Honey (1 tbsp. L.). Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. To obtain a more homogeneous mass, you can use a blender. Pour honey into the puree (it should be liquid and warm) and cream. Mix food. The mask is applied as thick as possible.
As in the first two recipes, you can simply dip your nails into a nutritious gruel for 25-30 minutes. The mask must be kept for about half an hour, which means you have enough time that can be spent with benefit. Turn on pleasant music, light an aroma lamp, take a break from everyday worries. Try to think only positive things.
After the specified time, wash your hands with warm water and apply a moisturizer or nourisher.
Mask with essential oils
Often, girls complain that after prolonged use of gel polishes and extensions, the nails become brittle and yellow. Useful nail baths
Among the products that have a positive effect on the condition of the nails, it is especially worth highlighting lemon juice and salt.
To whiten and strengthen nails, it is enough to immerse them in citrus pulp for 5-7 minutes for a week.
- Bath of lemon juice and salt
We also recommend experimenting with salt and juice. Squeeze the juice from one medium-sized citrus, add a couple of tablespoons of warm water and dissolve a teaspoon of salt. Keep your nails in the resulting mixture for several minutes. You can squeeze the juice not from the whole lemon, but from the slice and, accordingly, take less salt. In this case, do not immerse the nails in the mixture, but apply it in several layers. At the final stage of the procedure, do not forget to apply a nourishing cream to the skin of the hands.
- Gelatin bath
To prepare a healing bath, you will need only two products: gelatin (1 tablespoon) and hot water (1 cup). Pour the gelatin into the water and wait until it is completely dissolved.
