The Pravda project is a business-class apartment complex from the PSN Group in the Begovaya district, 4.5 km from the Kremlin. Nearby are the TTK, Belorusskaya and Savelovskaya metro stations, as well as Belorussky and Savelovsky railway stations, from which you can reach Sheremetyevo Airport in 45 minutes. Within walking distance are the White Square business center, the Museum of Russian Impressionism, the Moscow Hippodrome, the Depot food mall, hotels, specialized schools and universities, cafes and restaurants.

The architectural concept of the Pravda project was developed by the Dutch bureau de Architekten Cie. The basis of the complex is a multi-level architecture with two accent 21-storey towers, united by a terrace at the level of the 7th floor, and panoramic windows.

Architectural solutions and plastic facades are designed to reflect the dynamics of a modern metropolis. The architect of the project, Pero Puliz, called the concept of “Pravda” – “stylish calm.” This is the very symbiosis of modern trends, technologies and respect for cultural heritage.

The geometric facades of Pravda give the buildings a strict and at the same time modern look. They will be made of clinker bricks in three colors typical for Moscow buildings: light beige, brown and ocher. All this makes it possible to create a harmonious space within the complex and on the adjacent territory, as well as to organically fit the project into the existing low-rise buildings in the Begovaya district.

More than 60% of the apartments have views, they offer a view of the center of Moscow and its surroundings. On the ground floors, commercial premises are being implemented that will provide residents with shops, restaurants and cafes, bakeries, bank branches and other infrastructure. A two-level underground parking for 500 cars has been designed for cars.

Landscaping and gardening occupy 1.6 hectares. The territory of “Pravda” is free from cars and is designed for a comfortable stay for the whole family. Landscaped parks and walking areas by the British bureau Gillespies are suitable for sports and games, BBQ parties and children’s events. Wi-Fi is provided in the courtyard and lobby.

Constructivism in art and design, as well as the historical heritage of the cult publication Pravda, had a great influence on the creation of the concept of landscaping and gardening. That is why such high-quality and durable materials as concrete, wood and steel were chosen.

Each space of the outdoor area was presented as a separate page of a newspaper with its own individual and unique content and character. To create an organic space, relief canopies, walkways, gazebos are used here, designed for year-round use, with protection from wind and rain. Many areas and facilities serve multiple functions, such as a basketball court that can be easily converted into a dance floor, an event stage, and an ice skating rink during the winter season.

Buyers can choose from dozens of planning solutions. There are 439 residential apartments for sale ranging from 30.6 to 132 sq. m, with or without trim. Any of the two types of finishes includes a modern design project, high-quality environmentally friendly finishing materials from leading brands. Some of the apartments are sold with spacious terraces.

Completion of construction is scheduled for the end of 2022.
