This fall, Dior introduced a high-profile novelty that has been awaited for no less than two decades: Joy is the fragrance. The face of the composition, as previously reported, was: the actress took part in a sunny and life-affirming, like the fragrance itself, advertising campaign.
The signature composition for the House was created by its leading perfumer François Demachy. According to him, Joy is a perfume embodiment of light.
“It is reminiscent of pointillist paintings with their clear yet delicate technique. Each of us perceives light in our own way, without thinking about it. The fragrance is built on the same principle, it consists of many nuances and facets, combined in a transparent sound.»says Demachy.
The fragrance pyramid is built from notes of bergamot, orange, aldehydes, and rose in two forms: essence and absolute. Complementing the composition is a warm accord of sandalwood and cedar, as well as enveloping notes of musk, selected from a variety of variations, to give the fragrance a soft powdery sound.
The price for 30 ml is 5200 rubles.
