Living room battle: choosing the best interior for cozy evenings with family and friends

Maria Rubleva’s design studio invites readers of “7 days” to vote for their favorite version of the living room interior.

Option number 1. Living room for a large family

This space is made in soft pastel shades combined with elements made of natural materials. In the living room, we have placed a large and cozy sofa, where it will be convenient for the whole family to spend their free time watching their favorite movie or having heartfelt conversations. We also managed to include in the space workplace – it is very convenient when there is an opportunity, without leaving your loved ones, to solve urgent matters. The dining area along with the kitchen in this project is located separately.

Option number 2. Living room with dining area for meeting with friends

We created this living room for a young girl – the space turned out to be stylish, very delicate and functional. The combination of several textures, lighting scenarios and brass details is what complements the interior and makes it brighter, more dynamic, while leaving it airy. Here we also paid attention to a soft area with a large sofa, where the hostess will relax with her friends. The dining area was located in the same part of the space.
