The fact is that by the end of the day we no longer need energy from carbohydrates, because we simply do not have time to work it out, and it will certainly be stored in reserve. Therefore, it is better to stay on… squirrels. They are the building blocks for your muscles and an essential element for maintaining or losing weight. But in what form they will be, you can choose for yourself the taste and color. Of course, this does not mean that lettuce leaves are completely forbidden, but they should be more of a small addition, and not a main dish.
