1. Take care of the beauty of the body

Some people go on a mono-diet in preparation for the beach season. On the one hand, this is an excellent “unloading”, but on the other hand, a rather hungry menu, devoid of most of the nutrients. You can not stick to it for more than 3 days.
The tactic of enriching the menu with color will be much more effective. Enter into the diet as many colored foods as possible — berries, fruits and vegetables. Supplement them with healthy proteins and lean fats — beans, quinoa, brown rice, eggs, mushrooms, chicken and fish, seafood, olive oil, seeds and nuts. In one meal, try to combine all the «usefulness»: proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

3. Buy light equipment

Just think: 10 minutes of jumping rope is equivalent in terms of energy to 30 minutes of jogging!
And with resistance bands and fitness elastic bands, you can do a lot of effective exercises. They will quickly tone the muscles and tighten the body.
4. Book a massage
A good massage is not only pleasant, but also a very useful procedure. It helps to relax tense muscles, remove clamps and has a positive effect on posture. A massage also relieves back pain and sets you up for relaxation.

5. Hit cellulite with body wraps
