Mix 3 tbsp. l oatmeal (it is better not to grind it), 20 ml of fat milk and olive oil, 30 g of liquid honey. Warm the mixture a little before using. Apply the scrub to the body with massage movements, and then rinse thoroughly to completely remove stickiness.
- Mature skin care — getting rid of wrinkles, natural skin tightening
Mix 2 tbsp. l oatmeal, 100 g of warmed milk, 2 tbsp. l dry milk, 1 tbsp. l natural sea salt (previously it is better to grind in a coffee grinder). Before use, the mixture should stand in a dark place for 20-30 minutes. Rub it into the skin with massaging movements, leave for 10 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
