We’ve been aware of the need for transformational, collaborative leadership long before the exceptional challenges experienced globally in 2020, one that is inclusive and collaborates across nations in a way that considers the motivations, aspirations and driving forces of women in both the local context and the global economy. This kind of leadership allows not just for better decision-making, but also more solidly grounded, yet strategic initiatives for positive social impact, economic recovery, and empowerment. As women, we hold great power, and together we absolutely can do more, so it’s time for us to come together.
